From November 14th to November 20th, Met Radio is raising funds to develop and implement the Your Story Here mentorship program that will launch in the Spring of 2022. The program is an effort to further expand on the station’s storytelling culture by providing an opportunity for selected individuals who are doing impactful work within their communities, to be immersed in the world of community radio. Working alongside Met Radio and guest facilitators to create an audio/visual documentary that tells their story, participants will learn the ins and outs of script writing, vocal recording, audio editing, broadcasting and more – while creating their own piece of audio/visual content that shares their personal stories and the work they do with a broader audience.
